Physical Examination

  • Weight: 12 kg
  • Heart Rate: 108 bpm
  • Respiratory Rate: 60 bpm
  • Temperature: 98.2° F
  • Mucus Membranes: pale; CRT >3 sec.
  • Fetal head palpated in vaginal vault

Plan

  • CBC: Severe leukpenia due to a neutropenia and lymphopenia
  • Serum Biochemistry: Hypoglycemia, Hypoproteinemia, Hyperphosphatemia, Hyponatremia, Hypochloremia, Increased ALP and CK, Respiratory acidosis
  • Abdominal radiographs
