• The right ischium exhibits moth-eaten to geographic osteolysis with a loss of cortical bone.

Radiographic impressions:

• Aggressive osteolytic bone lesion of the right ischium with rule outs including primary osseous neoplasia, metastatic neoplasia, and granulomatous disease.
