Interpretation
Radiographic Impressions:
Severe osteolytic lesion associated with the 4th thoracic vertebrae. Differentials should include primary neoplasia (primary or metastatic).
Note the region of lysis associated with the laminae of the 4th thoracic vertebrae (arrow).
Cytological Diagnosis:
Soft tissue sarcoma (myxosarcoma or osteosarcoma).
