Presenting Complaint

Inappropriate elimination for approximately 2 weeks. He will go anywhere but in box. He has developed vomiting and bloody diarrhea
Physical Examination
- Temperature 99.9 °F, Heart Rate 180bpm, Respiratory rate 24 breaths/minute
- He presented with a thin flaky haircoat and 7-8% dehydrated. On palpation both kidneys were small and the left kidney may be irregular. He had a grade 2 left parasternal heart murmur.
Previous History
- Chronic renal failure
- Left hindlimb has been previously amputated due to diagnosis of synovial sarcoma of the stifle.
- Previous history of urinary tract infection at age 6
