Interpretation
Radiographic findings:

There is subluxation of the left coxofemoral joint with 50% coverage of the femoral head by the dorsal acetabular rim. The left femoral neck is thickened with enthesophyte formation. Mild spondylosis deformans is seen at the lumbosacral junction. Osteolysis of the left ilial wing is seen on both views with more of a moth eaten appearance on the VD view.
Radiographic Interpretation:

Mild left hip dysplasia with osteoarthritis of the left coxofemoral joint. Osteolysis of the left ilial wing due to neoplasia or less likely granulomatous disease.
